Responsibility
- maintain a professional, client-focused approach, ensuring each treatment meets the specific needs and goals of the individual
- create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients
- conduct thorough consultations with clients before treatments to understand their requirements, preferences, and any medical conditions
- uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness of the treatment room and equipment
- stay updated with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality
- build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- provide exceptional, personalised massage treatments, including Deep Tissue, Sports & Remedial, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Pre & Post Natal Pregnacy massage
Requirements
- professionalism: Ability to consistently deliver 5-star treatments and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- anatomy knowledge: 1 year
- customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer care
- customer service: 1 year
- location: Must be based in or willing to travel to East Dulwich
- physical Stamina: Ability to perform massage therapy for extended periods while maintaining a high level of energy and attention to detail
- affiliation: Must be registered with a recognised professional body
- experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in massage therapy, with expertise in at least three of the following: Deep Tissue Massage, Sports & Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage & Pre & Post Natal Pregnacy Massage
