Responsibility
- service fault diagnosis and repair of equipment on and off site
- identify part numbers and prices including those for spare parts / modifications and compile quotations for clients, on and off site
- liaise with clients in relation to quotations to seek agreement to proceed and prepare order for admin dept
- receive deliveries and prepare return shipments
- review all delivery notes and verify contents against delivery notes
- pre-delivery inspection of equipment and set up for customer as per assessment
- complete delivery of new equipment. Adjustments where necessary in the field. Collect payments for repairs and goods delivered
- loading and unloading of vehicle ensuring equipment and tools safely stowed to avoid damage and injury risk
Requirements
- previous experience in a diagnostic role
- proactive positive attitude towards customers

- full UK Driver’s license
