Responsibility

  • albion Pets Foods is an established company in the raw dog food sector
  • we are looking for a production supervisor to work closely with our production manager
  • this role would involve handling, processing and packing frozen raw meat products, whilst working in a temperature controlled environment
  • we located to Bidford-on Avon earlier in the year and have recently completed our new manufacturing plant, so are now in the position to expand our small team
  • this is a full time, permanent position – working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. The salary is negotiable, depending on experience
  • contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing suggestions for process enhancements and efficiency gains
  • operate and maintain various production equipment such as Vemag vacuum filler, mince portioners and VFFS machines
  • train and supervise packing staff
