  • payroll processing for Weekly & 4 Weekly, including monthly reconciliations, HMRC & pension payments, and year end process
  • bank reconciliation preparation for GBP, EUR & USD bank accounts
  • purchase ledger processing and 3 way matching of non-production materials and services invoices
  • weekly BACS payments, monthly international supplier payments and adhoc bank payments
  • month end journals preparation and processing for banking and supplier accruals/prepayments
  • customs Duty & Deferred Vat analysis and reconciliation
  • assisting with quarterly SOX Internal audit and year end External audit
  • required Skills and Education
