Responsibility

  • provide a deep clean to the kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, grills, etc
  • sweep and mop all kitchen areas
  • empty all food bins, and remove rubbish to the bin area
  • general washing of pans and pot wash
  • complete all due diligence documents
  • security of the site after management has locked up the building
  • full training will be provided
