Responsibility
- contribute proactively to the effective running of the Landscape Contracts across the region, making recommendations as necessary
- provide the leadership required to meet our business objectives
- build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients and comply with meeting, reporting and various other objectives as agreed
- build and maintain a solid team, training and motivating staff within the depot as needed
- monitor the performance of the operation through the proper company accounting and reporting procedures
- safeguard our corporate image and credibility
- take ownership for your teams health and safety, whilst actively participating in the maintenance and improvement of our overall company culture
- ensure the maintenance of our Quality Standards to ensure the quality system is maintained to BS EN 9001 standard
Requirements
- minimum of five years management experience within corporate landscape management
- minimum three years practical work experience in landscape maintenance
- proven experience managing team budgets
- A solid and practical understanding of the importance of health & safety at work
- A good knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance industry
- A relevant horticultural / landscaping qualification would support your application
