  • first point of contact for the operations team for all attraction and ticketed events, supporting them in an efficient and timely manner
  • responsible for event dates, ensuring we are aware when events go on sale and that dates and information are correct and up to date

Responsibility

  • obtain customer rooming lists, via TC, inputting into the booking system and sending to suppliers in line with the deadlines
  • request Tour Information from customers and ensuring information is passed to all relevant suppliers
  • obtain tour updates from customers, when required and assist with inputting sales updated
  • screen departmental calls, when necessary
  • assist team with extra and special room requests
  • assist with chasing attraction suppliers for booking space
  • adding confirmations of attraction bookings onto booking system
  • additional administrative support when required across B2B Support Team
