Responsibility

  • answering calls and dealing with queries and appointment bookings / payments
  • filing, photocopy, scanning and printing
  • filing and e-filing documents
  • booking interpreters
  • collecting and delivering a variety of photocopying, scanning and printing jobs from around the office
  • opening, sorting, and delivering incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, arranging couriers and carrying out hand deliveries to local offices/solicitors
  • extensive computer and data related tasks, diary management and appointment booking
  • welcoming guests and visitors and providing a very high level of hospitality

Requirements

  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
