- programme production/monitoring
- monitoring the performance of the project team and the contractors and reporting to the client
- liaising with the project team and preparing regular/monthly quality, cost and programme reports including procurement and RFI updates
- lead on technical discussions with contractor and consultants, including coordination between contractors such as mechanical and electrical
- providing strategic thinking and forward planning to the project across all work streams
- setting up and chair regular progress meetings, stakeholder, client and site progress meetings and report on weekly project and commercial progress
- assessing resources available on a regular basis, adapt to ensure project milestones are achieved
