Responsibility

  • oversee and contribute to construction projects from start to finish
  • coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
  • ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines
  • collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
  • provide regular updates to director, project managers and clients on project status

Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years roofing experience is essential
  • strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
  • proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, including schematics and blueprints
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong communication and leadership abilities
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • experience in slating & tiling, lead work, UPVC works, warm roof build ups and single ply membranes
