Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar IT role is essential
- excellent understanding of Windows 10/11
- working knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2021
- support users on MS Office 2016, 2019 & Office 365
- understanding of Active Directory
- experience in PC Imaging- Microsoft WDS & MDT
- installation and configuration of software
- experience with Hyper-V, Veeam, Azure & Intune is also an advantage
