- completion of internal valuations through to agreement of final account
- dealing with sub-contract orders

- ability to value engineer tenders/ advise clients
Requirements
- minimum 10 years in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager
- should have experience in the commercial/ retail industry as a main contractor/contractor
- HND/Degree qualification
- preferred chartered builder/ surveyor
- this individual can upon request supply a portfolio of previous projects completed to a similar nature
- an understanding of the Construction Industry
- ability to work to tight deadlines
- surveying: 10 years
