  • we are looking for a quality Administrator with strong customer service/trouble shooting skills to join our Developer Completions Team
  • answering phone calls
  • managing email inboxes and responding accordingly
  • processing handover forms
  • “To remove the complexities surrounding utilities from our client’s business in delivering proactive and cost-effective solutions”
  • liaising with sales and site to obtain handover information
  • liaising with customers to manage their utility complaints
  • liaising with suppliers to ensure customers accounts are set up correctly

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • mathematics Min Grade C GCSE or equivalent
  • keyboard skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft software
  • customer Service: 1 year
