Working hours

Responsibility

  • carry out fault finding and leak investigations
  • carry out repairs and/or additional work arising from examinations and investigations
  • comply with Health and Safety processes and responsibilities
  • complete reports and paperwork as required
  • replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures etc
  • dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
  • carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work
