Responsibility
- measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
- construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
- inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- use hand tools and power tools to assemble and disassemble structures
- follow blueprints and building plans to meet client requirements
- collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
- familiarity with electrical systems, roofing, and painting is a plus
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- carpentry: 5 years
