as previously said the individual needs to be very efficient and organised and have an excellent knowledge of IT with the capability of using those skills to provide anything the business requires
this is a very unique roll within a construction based company that requires a super efficient and organised individual that can take on a multitude of roles including but not limited to:- quoting, compiling information for multiple jobs and being able to transfer that information through our system to the teams on site, keeping a log of accounts i.e the incoming outgoing finances and keeping on top of all dates for payments in & out, working directly with the MD to make sure all requirements are met, liaising with clients and staff when necessary, Strong skills in IT is an absolute necessity
Requirements
previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
proficient in using Google Suite or similar software
strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
ability to type quickly and accurately
strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
ability to work independently and as part of a team
high level of professionalism and confidentiality
