production of LOA’s ensuring the correct information is being requested and then diarised to chase up
assisting with new business process from producing research and illustrations through to processing online applications and seeing them through to inception
answering client / Provider calls and dealing with queries in a confident and professional manner
ensuring high level of customer service and Compliance Standards in all communication and correspondence
Requirements
previous Financial Service product / industry knowledge is essential
have excellent communication and written skills and be able to liaise with clients either by telephone or email
great attention to detail
be self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
good IT and report writing skills
able to work well within a team and maybe assist with in taking work from others during busy periods
