  • demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales or revenue targets
  • experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively
  • familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools for account management – HubSpot experience desirable
  • customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
  • excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients at various organisational levels
