  • A sound understanding of all commercial aspects of an ICP Project, which should include Contracts, Costing Sheets, Civils cost, Asset Values quotations
  • support the wider needs of the business as required

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Co-ordinator within the utilities sector
  • contracts Management experience
  • NRSWA Qualified
  • prince2 Foundation and Practitioner
  • educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
  • to identify the gas, electricity, sewer and water Networks based upon a site address and postcode
  • strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • to be able to apply for STAT plans including gas, electricity, water, sewer, telecoms and TFL

Responsibility

  • prepare project review packs in accordance with the company standards to ensure the projects are commercially viable
  • tracking Performance - Level 2
  • to send professional emails in keeping with company standards
  • to be able to identify potential new suppliers
