Responsibility

- develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- we are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team at Airsnowdonia.Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- you will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to project specifications, budgets, and timelines

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- proven experience as a construction project manager or a similar role
- in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- proficient in project management software and tools
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
