  • to maintain cooking equipment, including keeping cooking equipment clean and informing the Home Manager when equipment or stocks require replacement
  • to maintain accurate records of food supplies and fridge/freezer temperatures
  • assist in planning menus in order to provide a balanced, nutritious diet, making the best use of available fresh foods
  • position: Cook
  • ensure stock rotation. Assist in the ordering of stocks and checking of deliveries as required
  • to ensure that food stuffs, chemicals, equipment and other substances are properly and safely used and stored at all times
