  • A role for a multi skilled, Auto Electrician/Mobile field technician predominantly focussing on installing vehicle telematics and video telematics installation throughout the UK
  • carrying out Installations of new vehicle telematics
  • this role will ideally suit a practical and resourceful self-starter, where no two days are expected to be the same with a determination to manage their own time
  • diagnosing and resolving any previous installation faults
  • you will be given full training in this position as well as the opportunity to progress and upskill further within the company as we continue to grow and should you want to develop

Requirements

  • technician with at least 3 years’ experience using best practice procedures
  • knowledge of vehicle 12v, 24v wiring and electrics systems
  • ability to fault find on both manufacturer and auxiliary systems
  • installation of Telematics/Black Box and/or 3 and 5 wire tracking products would be an advantage
  • experience with wiring to ancillary systems such as; Siren, vehicle engine cut, lighting and integration into existing vehicle auxiliary products such as incident data recorders and radio commissioning
  • diagnostic testing/technician background and use of diagnostic tools would be advantageous
