- investigating and resolving customer complaints
- creating commercial sales packs and presentations for external and internal customers
- referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
- primary contacts: Customer base, Client Airline Customer Services & Sales Team’s, Company Management Team, and Ground Handling Organisations
- always adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers
Requirements
- knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem
- excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- strong attention to detail
