Responsibility
the core function of this role is to be the frontline of the building and Airivo’s clients
greeting and introducing Clients and Visitors to the building
as well as reception and administration, the position involves supporting the Airivo manager and her team in day-to-day functions and to provide assistance to Airivo’s clients where required, you’ll need to be flexible with you working hours and available to cover staff annual leave or sickness when required
you will be smart in appearance, able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and a team player yet able to work well on your own have good attention to detail and use your decision-making abilities to contribute to the success of Airivo Chislehurst
handling of all mail, franking services, and deliveries
assistance with the administration of site improvement projects & contractors
manage conference room bookings, ensuring conference rooms are clean, stocked, and ready to receive bookings as required
logging maintenance issues and reporting them to the CM and booking contractor
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
A minimum of two years’ experience within the office/flexible workspace industry• Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
