Responsibility

  • monitoring and processing incoming IT Support telephone calls
  • monitoring and processing incoming requests & incidents into the Global IT Helpdesk
  • monitoring and processing incoming walk-up requests & incidents
  • assessment, triage, initial investigation & assignment of Global IT Helpdesk tickets
  • resolution of L1 Global IT Helpdesk incidents & requests
  • working with external vendors or self, repair and maintain IT equipment
  • provisioning of incoming employee IT access and equipment
  • processing exiting employee IT access and equipment

Requirements

  • passion for delivering quality IT service to internal customers and business partners
  • ability to follow strict IT processes and protocols working logically with a high attention to detail
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • proactive, self-motivating approach
  • maintain quality of output whilst delivering in tight time-scales
  • previous work experience in a Customer Service or similar role
  • microsoft Windows 10 Operating System
  • strong communication skills
