Responsibility

  • aircraft Restoration Co. is a family owned organisation which specialises in the restoration, maintenance and operation of vintage aircraft
  • we are currently looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Payment and Reconciliations Controller to work closely with our MOD Project Manager to ensure all payments, receipts and contract manhours are tracked and reconciled for our MOD Contracts
  • MOD Contractors are obliged to use the MOD’s Exostar Contracting, Purchasing and Finance online software as an order and invoicing medium
  • as the Payment and Reconciliations Controller you will be required to collate Project Manhours, Project Works Orders and Project Stock Requisition data from the company’s Time Tracking and Supply Software systems and collate that data into a reconciliation report so that Exostar CP+F payment lines can be monitored and invoices submitted in a timely manner with the required reconciliation evidence
