Responsibility

  • we are a fulfilment warehouse who works and operates customer service for lots of different UK based clothing brands such as Hoodrich, Money Clothing, Prevu and many more
  • airbox Fulfilment are looking for a customer service representative to join our team
  • the role is an office based role operating both phone and email support to our clothing brands and resolving any issues that arise
  • as the point of contact you will be representing our clothing brands to their customers and it is vitally important that the responsibility of that is appreciated

Requirements

  • you ask constructive questions and quickly build an understanding of a customer’s situation
  • you are someone who grows with experience and sets themselves high expectations
  • you are a team player who works seamlessly as part of the team, or when required on your own

  • you have the ability to connect instantly with people, build rapport and trust. You are comfortable on phone calls, emails and chat
