Responsibility
- designing high-fidelity user interfaces for native mobile and web applications
- collaborating on process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, and Design System assets for the Development and other disciplines to follow
- collaborating and working closely with Principal and Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, and Researchers
- continuously finding ways to improve the product user experience
- take an insight-led, research-based position
- keeping up with the latest design trends and processes
- working with peers and members from the Research & Insights team to test and refine the product, and various pre and post-service journeys
