Responsibility

  • overseeing the efficient day to day running of the restaurant and other F&B offerings
  • oversee all weekly ordering and ensure that all stock is managed in terms of wastage and quality guidelines
  • oversee all HACCP and safe and legal compliance on a daily basis

  • oversee efficiencies to maximise sales and the turnaround of tables within the restaurant
  • managing the profitability of the restaurant by overseeing the stock management system and maintaining the consistency of our food and drink offering

  • to professionally handle all customer enquires by telephone, online booking, social media platforms and email
  • to confidently handle any customer complaints and positive feedback in a calm and professional manner

purchase ledger clerk

Responsibility

  • process supplier invoices/credit notes in an efficient and timely manner on Sage accounting software
  • investigate and resolve supplier invoice queries both internally within the company and externally with the supplier contacts
  • manage statement reconciliations at the end of every month
  • liaise with the Company Accountant regarding payments
  • post and allocate payments and keep ledgers up to date
  • assist with month end reporting and purchase ledger close off
  • assist with year end audit from an Accounts Payable perspective
  • ensure prices and quantities of supplier invoices agree with POD’s and obtain approvals from appropriate people. Report on any price increases of supplies or services
