restaurant manager
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- overseeing the efficient day to day running of the restaurant and other F&B offerings
- oversee all weekly ordering and ensure that all stock is managed in terms of wastage and quality guidelines
- oversee all HACCP and safe and legal compliance on a daily basis
- present yourself in a professional manner and inspire your team to uphold company standards
- respond efficiently and accurately to all forms of customer feedback
- oversee efficiencies to maximise sales and the turnaround of tables within the restaurant
- managing the profitability of the restaurant by overseeing the stock management system and maintaining the consistency of our food and drink offering
- co-ordinate, organise and plan weekly and daily shifts and assist with team rotas
Requirements
- proven experience working in a fast-paced F&B environment at Assistant/Duty Manager level or above
- strong Leadership, motivational and people skills
- bar Experience preferable but not essential
- overall, a great attitude and a passion for customer service
