Requirements
- degree in Engineering or Project Management
- prince 2 Project Management Qualification / APM PMQ or equivalent and proficient in the use of project management tools
- manage engineering projects throughout the full project lifecycle ensuring delivery is on time, to the right specification and within budget
- agree and set the project execution strategy with internal and external stakeholders
- oversee project teams in their delivery of projects at all stages of the project lifecycle
- minimum of 5 years management or supervisory experience in a related industry
- previous experience of estimating, cost control, planning and commercial awareness including the preparation of business cases and sanction/ funding papers
- oversee the approved budget, scope, change control, risk and opportunities across all designated projects
Responsibility
- introduce new methods, techniques and systems where necessary to further improve operational or project delivery standards and efficiency
