  • monitor project performance, on Scope, Time & Cost addressing potential deviations as soon as they arise

Requirements

  • previous experience in a Project Coordination role, ideally within the HVAC sector and with a service desk background
  • proven experience in planning, prioritising and being able to effectively manage resources as well as your own time
  • proven experience in making effective decisions that will prevent project derailments
  • high level of commercial and financial acumen with previous experience managing project budgets
  • working knowledge of the construction sector, including CDM regulations
  • you will be approachable yet assertive to support with the people management of resources
