- due to growth, we have a new opportunity for a 'Customer Services Agent' to join our dynamic team in Haywards Heath
- you will handle inbound and outbound customer contacts, answering questions and resolving complaints
- you will also process orders via all contact methods
- reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role will see you provide a high quality customer service to global media companies
