• due to growth, we have a new opportunity for a 'Customer Services Agent' to join our dynamic team in Haywards Heath
• you will handle inbound and outbound customer contacts, answering questions and resolving complaints
• you will also process orders via all contact methods
• reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, this role will see you provide a high quality customer service to global media companies
• you will be joining a busy customer experience team, who pride themselves in the delivering the best knowledge and support to our award-winning customers
