  • update and review the system handover and takeover procedures/guidance notes/work instructions
  • instruct Joint Ventures to draft Electrical and I&C EESR
  • track the Electrical and I&C system handover schedule
  • review Electrical and I&C EESR documents
  • attend the meeting of punch list categorisation after walkdown checking
  • support JV to close out the comments on EESR documents and the snags in the punch list
  • write lesson learned of the handover and/or takeover process

Responsibility

  • strong technical background in electrical, I&C, or electronic engineering
