Responsibility
- planning and delivering standardisation for AIM end-point assessors
- monitoring procedures to ensure that assessments are conducted fairly and that they are valid, reliable and consistent
- supporting the quality assurance of end-point assessments with planned internal quality assurance activity
- providing reports on end-point assessment activity as required
- risk management of the of associate assessment team in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- supporting the planning of assessment schedules to ensure end-point assessors are in place, monitoring and acting on conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest
- review and record end-point assessors' and IQAs' annual adherence to CPD requirements, in line with regulatory requirements
- manage the review and re-contracting process annually for associate assessors
Requirements
- demonstrable experience of the awarding organisation/education sector
- experience of working in the creative industries
- knowledge of the awarding body and regulatory structures
- experience of examining
- A recognised current workplace or end-point assessment qualification at level 3 or above
- about AIM
- A recognised, current, internal quality assurance qualification
- knowledge and understanding of assessment of apprenticeship standards
