driver
Responsibility
- safely transport service users/patients to and from their homes, medical facilities, and other destinations
- support them in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their comfort and safety
- provide exceptional customer service
- coordinate with control team, informing them of the situation and proactively manage their journeys
- ensure the cleanliness and daily reporting of the vehicle status to the office
- adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- communicate effectively with the hotel management/security personnel/dispatch team while picking and dropping off the users
- assist in handing over the service users to appropriate staff/personnel
Requirements
- valid Full UK driving license with a minimum of 3 years experience
- excellent driving record with no traffic violations
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- ability to support in lifting loads if required
- understanding Patient care
- calm & Considerate in emotional circumstances
- willing to go through an enhanced DBS
