Responsibility
- debt management and collection of customer accounts
- responsible for own section of ledger
- achievement of agreed collection targets
- provide reports on performance of accounts
- to control and monitor the daily debt
- monitor cash allocation and propose corrective action on allocated accounts where needed
- to escalate serious issues to Team Leader
- ensure that your customers are your first priority and excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Requirements
- previous experience working in a collections environment
- two years of experience working within this function
- passion for initiating and facilitating continuous improvement
- deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines
- understanding of audit controls
- accounting: 3 years
