  • strong Leadership and Management Experience
  • hold the Qualification of QCF Level 5 or Equivalent or be prepared to undertake the Qualification

Responsibility

  • ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of staff and service users
  • recruitment of Staff
  • manage staff performance, development, and training
  • conduct Staff supervision and Annual Appraisals
  • maintain effective communication with stakeholders
  • develop and maintain effective relationships with external agencies
  • ensure quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to
