Responsibility

  • lead an international PR team for national and global campaigns of the mc Group
  • you are responsible for developing, implementing and supervising integrated communication campaigns for renowned private- and public- sector clients
  • staff management, recruitment, business plan development and implementation
  • reports directly to the CEO
  • you will coordinate our various service units like Creation, Online/social media, Media Planning, Event, TV production etc. and our 82 network agencies worldwide
  • 50% of clients come from the public sector , thus the understanding of the cooperation with political institutions is essential for a potential job holder

Requirements

  • you have extensive knowledge of developing and implementing PR campaigns
  • you have an impressive record of New Business acquisition
  • you have experience in simultaneously managing a team and multiple clients, expertise in controlling business plans
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in communications, urgent in an international agency setting
