Responsibility

  • leading and managing activities and resource in relation to product inventory and integrity
  • liaising with operational and Admin team to ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs
  • ensuring quality, consistency and compliance across the site in line with customer requirements
  • working closely with site operational managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices
  • project managing cross-functional teams - planning, scheduling and reporting on workload to deliver agreed products on time, on target and within budget with a focus on stock, customer requirements and operational performance
  • monitoring, reviewing and addressing personnel performance, maintaining appropriate records in accordance with company procedures
  • ensuring rejected product / non conformance is processed and rectified as high
