  • we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to join our team based in Oxford
  • the ideal candidate will build relationships with the residents and act as an ambassador for the company
  • this role is a temporary contract with an initial period of 2 months
  • this is an office-based role however the Property Manager will also carry out landlord obligations, and deliver high quality management support to Key Worker residents, both within multi-occupancy and self-contained dwellings

Requirements

  • previous experience in in a front facing role within Property/ Housing Management is essential
  • experience working within a busy office environment
  • familiarity with current housing law and relevant legislation is a plus
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle
  • full enhanced DBS required
