Responsibility

  • develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth
  • conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
  • develop and oversee the implementation of lead generation campaigns, including lead nurturing, conversion optimisation, and pipeline management
  • be responsible for the delivery of good quality, nurtured leads from our existing base and new prospects
  • monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • utilise digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimisation , to effectively reach and engage target audiences

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • solid understanding of marketing principles, market research, and lead generation strategies
  • in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing marketing and lead generation initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills
