Requirements

  • you will be skilled and enthusiastic in working with children and young people
  • you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • you will be person centred at all times and ensure empowerment is at the heart of everything you do
  • you will be innovative and passionate in your approach to working with children and young people
  • have experience as a senior residential worker – minimum 6 months
  • experience of supervising staff - desirable
  • you will be aware of the aims and objectives of Agility House and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve them
  • have Level 3 in Residential child care, or equivalent
