Responsibility
- we are seeking a Project Coordinator who is highly organised and meticulous in their approach
- building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to provide project updates will also be essential
- you will be responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining the project co-ordinator schedule to support the fulfilment of all contracts and orders for this company
- identifying opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvements and taking appropriate action will be expected
- your main duties will include initiating, monitoring, and reporting customer projects through the ERP system, ensuring any risks and issues are escalated as necessary
- additionally, you will support and monitor continuous improvement initiation activities, maintain the Kaizen Event Register, and manage the production program and order book
- lastly, you will communicate and act upon opportunities for product development and improvement as they arise
- you will play a vital role in the post-shipment process, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely shipment of parts required by the technicians and engineers on-site with customers
Requirements
- already has or is working towards project qualification such as
- APMP, prince2 or equivalent
- mechanical and/or electrical engineering qualifications
