Responsibility
- determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Providing quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
- making outbound calls to warm inbound web leads - no cold calling, verifying information and calling our partners to hand over the customer on a live call to schedule an appointment
