  • manage and oversee the process of food preparation and other associated tasks
  • plan African menus, prepare, season and cook food and oversee their preparation and monitor the quality of finished dishes
  • before serving dishes to consumers, give them your approval
  • POSITON: HEAD CHEF
  • create and update new food recipe to meet customer’s demand
  • supervise, organise and instruct kitchen staff and manages activities in the kitchen
  • ensure relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen
