Responsibility
- inputting Client information and statistical information accurately on to Age UK WF’s database
- carrying out simple telephone assessments for new clients; setting up New Client files and updating existing files
- assisting with diary management and booking appointments
- assisting with checking timesheets; issuing invoices and taking payments for services
- attending staff meetings, supervision meetings and training when requested
- covering the main phone line telephone; recording general telephone enquiries and passing them on to the relevant team; receiving deliveries and post
- gaining customer feedback through sending questionnaires and recording responses; making calls on a regular basis to ensure continuous service improvement
- learning and understanding, following and being committed to Age UK Waltham Forest’s policies and procedures
