  • act as brand guardian to ensure our communications adhere to the guidelines and partnership agreement with Age UK National, and our messaging is effective, clear and appropriate for our audiences
  • revamp and refresh our online and in person internal communications to empower our staff and volunteers to tell our story and feel part of Age UK Croydon’s One Team approach
  • work with internal teams to plan a calendar of marketing activities and ensure the timely reporting of our events and good news stories
  • source, design content, and write copy for social media platforms and external/internal communications channels. Supervise social media volunteers to ensure timely and appropriate messaging
