Responsibility
- to undertake the necessary activity re gathering statistics and production of reports in line with the requirements of funders
- to support the I&A Manager to monitor closely the work of the Advice and Information Service and to provide regular reports as requested
- ensure that the services provided comply with all the organisation and service policies, standards and relevant national quality systems and the Advice & Quality Standard at all times
- in co-operation with other staff, to arrange induction sessions with new volunteers
