Responsibility
- identify training and internal communication needs to support the successful launch of new products and services roadmap and existing products/services
- analyse other problems and/or opportunities that may require training to be developed
- develop engaging digital and face to face training content and support materials, such as product guides and factsheets
- our employees are the driving force for all our company efforts, especially those around our CSR activities
- deliver face to face training that engages the learners
- build a deep product knowledge of portfolio and services
- evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions to identify practices to be repeated or changed
- attend internal and external meetings and help to provide solutions to a range of commercial problems
Requirements
- knowledge of and experience in designing and delivering face to face and self-directed training solutions in sales, service and leadership
- strong communication skills
- organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- confident and competent in presenting to and engaging diverse groups of people
- highly self-motivated and driven
