Responsibility
- booking staff and managing their rotas
- establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients and identify client's staffing needs and provide solutions accordingly
- provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations

- manage the hiring process, including conducting pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth transitions for candidates
- build and maintain a database of candidates and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- stay updated with industry news, market changes, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- identify and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for potential business growth
- close deals and secure new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives
- manage and update recruitment data and records in the recruitment database and applicant tracking system
- researching the market to identify potential business opportunities, target markets and industry trends and analyse market data and competitor information to identify gaps and areas for potential business growth
- sharing the out of the hours phone
Requirements
- at least 1 year management experience
- at least 1 year recruitment experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and team members
