Requirements

- at least 1 year recruitment experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and team members
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to managemu ltiple tasks and priorities
- proficient in using Office applications
- ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- professional and ethical conduct in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Responsibility
- booking staff and managing their rotas
- establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients and identify client's staffing needs and provide solutions accordingly
- provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client expectations
- screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the roles
- manage the hiring process, including conducting pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth transitions for candidates
- build and maintain a database of candidates and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- stay updated with industry news, market changes, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- identify and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
